ERP Integrations
Stock, product, order and customer sync with ERP systems such as Nebim V3 and MS-Shop, in both directions where needed.
Service · ERP, POS & APIs
I connect the systems your business already runs on: ERP, virtual POS and payment gateways, marketplaces, SMS and WhatsApp providers and public-sector APIs. Every integration is built around queues, retries and logging, so orders, stock and payments stay consistent even when a third-party service is slow or down.
01Offering
Stock, product, order and customer sync with ERP systems such as Nebim V3 and MS-Shop, in both directions where needed.
Secure checkout with virtual POS and payment gateways, including 3D Secure flows, callbacks and payment status reconciliation.
Integrations with marketplaces, suppliers, logistics providers and public-sector APIs, wrapped in a clean internal interface.
OTP verification, order notifications and alerts over SMS and WhatsApp, triggered by events in your system.
Background jobs on RabbitMQ or Redis queues with retries and back-off, so a slow API never blocks your users.

05Why
Stock, orders and payments match across your store, ERP and accounting instead of drifting apart.
Staff stop copying orders between systems by hand, which saves time and removes typing errors.
Queues and retries absorb third-party downtime, so a provider outage does not turn into lost orders.
Adding a new sales channel, payment provider or partner becomes a new adapter, not a rewrite.
07Guide
Most businesses do not run on a single system. There is an ERP for stock and accounting, an online store, a payment provider, perhaps a marketplace, an SMS service and a handful of partner APIs. When these systems do not talk to each other reliably, the result is familiar: stock that does not match, orders typed in twice, payments that succeeded but never reached the order. I build the integration layer that keeps all of it consistent.
Every integration project starts with the same question: which system owns which data? Does stock live in the ERP, are prices set in the store, who holds the payment status? A clear answer prevents most future inconsistencies while the design is still on paper.
As a Senior Software Architect at Takipsan A.Ş., I worked on Nebim V3 and MS-Shop ERP integrations and virtual POS. In the Kilit Grup — RFID & Nebim ERP project, every stock movement scanned on the floor is synchronised with Nebim V3 through queued jobs, so the ERP always reflects what physically happened in the store or warehouse.
On the payment side, I have built checkout flows for e-commerce and marketplace platforms. Extracım, an on-demand staffing marketplace, runs offer and counter-offer chains that end in a secure checkout, on a single Laravel codebase that serves the web app, a 160+ endpoint mobile API and the admin back office.
With virtual POS integrations, every step of the payment flow is recorded: when the payment starts, when the bank or payment provider calls back and when the order is confirmed. Cases such as “paid but no order” can then be detected and closed through reconciliation, while card data never touches your servers.
An integration that works in a demo is easy. One that keeps working when a provider times out at 2 a.m. is the real job. My integrations follow a few principles:
OneBill, an Irish Government-backed energy platform, shows why this matters. A customer uploads a utility bill, the system checks the tariff against every supplier in the market, moves the customer to the cheapest plan and keeps re-checking daily across electricity, gas and broadband. That daily re-check only works because it runs as dependable, scheduled background work rather than a fragile one-off script.
Integrations are not only about money and stock. I connect SMS verification and notifications, WhatsApp alerts and public-sector APIs, such as municipal systems, with the same discipline: every message is triggered by an event, queued, and its delivery status recorded, so you can always see what was sent and what failed.
I work from Izmir, Turkey, with clients across Türkiye and abroad. If your systems need to finally speak the same language, I can map the flows, design the integration and run it in production with you.
