RFID Traceability Systems
Tag encoding, printing and scanning workflows that track every item from warehouse to store floor, with a full movement history.
Service · Hardware to Cloud
I build software that talks to physical devices: RFID readers and printers, kiosks and on-site hardware. From socket-level communication on the floor to queued sync with your ERP and live dashboards in the cloud, I design the whole chain so every tag, scan and visit becomes reliable data.
01Offering
Tag encoding, printing and scanning workflows that track every item from warehouse to store floor, with a full movement history.
Hardware-level integration with RFID readers and printers over TCP/IP sockets and vendor SDKs, not fragile workarounds.
Kiosk apps and their management backends: content, ticketing, QR flows, remote management and usage statistics.
Device events flow into a central backend through queues, so a short network drop on site never means lost data.
Live dashboards over WebSockets that show stock movements, device status and kiosk usage as they happen.
Stock movements synced with ERP systems such as Nebim V3 through queued, retryable jobs.

05Why
RFID scans replace manual counts, so the inventory in your ERP matches what is actually on the shelf.
Every tag, print and scan is recorded, so you can see where an item has been and when.
Staff stop re-entering data. Devices feed your systems directly and errors drop.
Dashboards show device and kiosk activity in real time, not in a spreadsheet at the end of the month.
07Guide
Most traceability projects struggle at the boundary between hardware and software. A reader returns a burst of tag IDs, a printer expects a precisely formatted encode command, the network on the shop floor is unreliable, and the ERP wants clean, ordered stock movements. I build the software that sits in the middle and makes that boundary dependable.
As a Senior Software Architect at Takipsan A.Ş., I worked on RFID traceability and IoT architectures, including Nebim V3 and MS-Shop ERP integrations. That experience shapes how I approach every hardware project: understand the device protocol first, design for failure, and treat every scan as data that must reach its destination.
I integrate RFID readers and printers directly through TCP/IP socket programming and vendor SDKs. The software itself controls encoding, printing and reading, instead of relying on manual steps or fragile export files.
In the Kilit Grup — RFID & Nebim ERP project, tags are encoded, printed and scanned on the floor, and every stock movement is synchronised with Nebim V3 through queued jobs. The queues are what make it reliable: if the ERP is slow or the connection drops, the job waits and retries instead of disappearing.
A typical RFID or device integration I deliver includes:
Kiosks are a special kind of device: they run unattended, serve the public and have to be managed remotely. For İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, I built the statistics and data management platform behind the Hikayematik kiosks, using socket-level communication and custom API integrations to manage them remotely.
For Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, I built QR code-based information page management for the Galata Tower kiosks. Content is edited centrally in a panel and delivered to visitors who scan a code on site, so updating what visitors see does not require anyone to touch the hardware.
The same thinking applies to commercial kiosks, such as ticketing kiosks that share one backend with a web shop and track every ticket through to entry: one backend, several channels, one source of truth.
The value of connected hardware lies in the data it produces. I design the path from device to cloud so that events are captured, queued, stored and made visible: live dashboards for operations teams, statistics for management, and clean records for your ERP or accounting systems.
The technology choices follow the need: Laravel or NestJS on the backend, PostgreSQL or MySQL for data, RabbitMQ or Redis for queues and WebSockets for live updates. What matters is not the tool, but that every event from the field reaches its target system in the right order, without loss and with a clear trail.
I work from Izmir, Turkey, with clients across Türkiye and abroad. Whether you need a new RFID traceability system, want to connect existing readers to your ERP, or are planning a kiosk deployment, I can help from the first hardware test to the production rollout.
