MVP Development
A focused first version that solves the core problem, reaches real users quickly and gives you data to decide what to build next.
Service · From MVP to Scale
I help founders and companies turn an idea into a working SaaS product, from a focused MVP to a multi-tenant platform serving many customers. As a SaaS developer in İzmir, Turkey, and the founder of Tarlamapp, I know both sides: writing the architecture and running the product.
01Offering
A focused first version that solves the core problem, reaches real users quickly and gives you data to decide what to build next.
Each customer's data, users and settings are isolated securely, while one codebase and infrastructure serve every tenant.
Plans, feature flags and usage limits enforced in the domain layer, so upgrading, downgrading and pricing changes stay manageable.
RabbitMQ or Laravel queues for imports, notifications, reports and scheduled checks that run reliably outside the request cycle.
Fast search with Meilisearch or Elasticsearch, and live updates over WebSockets with Reverb where users expect instant feedback.
Logging, monitoring, automated tests and CI/CD pipelines so you know what is happening in production and can ship with confidence.

05Why
Subscription pricing turns one-off sales into predictable monthly or yearly income that grows with every new customer.
A multi-tenant platform serves every customer from the same codebase, so each improvement reaches everyone at once.
Caching, queues and a clean architecture let the product handle more tenants and more data without starting over.
Usage data and customer feedback flow straight into the roadmap, and updates ship to all customers without installations.
07Guide
Building a SaaS product is different from building a website or a one-off application. You are not delivering software to one client; you are building a platform that many customers will pay for, every month, for years. That requires clean architecture, careful data isolation, reliable background processing and the discipline to keep the MVP small without painting yourself into a corner.
I am the founder of Tarlamapp, an AI-driven, multi-tenant AgriTech SaaS developed at Teknopark İzmir (İYTE) as part of a TÜBİTAK programme. A photo of a plant goes in and an actionable diagnosis comes out, with plan-based limits, growth tracking, a voice assistant and WhatsApp alerts. Its core follows a framework-independent Clean Architecture with 655 tests and machine-enforced layer boundaries. Running my own SaaS means I understand pricing, onboarding and support, not just code.
With 15+ years of experience and 100+ projects, these are the building blocks I put in place:
The backend is usually Laravel or NestJS with PostgreSQL and Redis, and the frontend React, Next.js or Inertia.js. When the product needs a mobile app, a React Native client can use the same API.
Supplio is a B2B e-procurement marketplace for Turkish companies. Buyers publish purchase requests by sector with a deadline, suppliers submit competing bids, and the platform tracks active tenders, offers and total trade volume.
OneBill, an Irish Government-backed platform, helps households in Ireland cut energy costs. A customer uploads a utility bill, the system reads the tariff, compares it against every supplier in the market and moves them to the cheapest plan, then keeps re-checking daily across electricity, gas and broadband. That daily re-checking is a good example of why reliable background jobs matter in SaaS.
Both products depend on the same foundations: clear domain models, queued processing and a data layer that stays fast as volume grows.
I recommend starting with an MVP that solves one problem really well. We define the smallest feature set that proves the product works, build it on solid foundations and put it in front of real users as early as possible. From there, usage data guides the roadmap: which features to add, where to optimise and when to invest in infrastructure.
I stay involved after launch as a technical partner, handling maintenance, new features and architecture decisions as your customer base grows. I work from İzmir with founders and companies across Türkiye and abroad.
