Cross-platform Development
One React Native codebase in TypeScript that runs natively on iOS and Android, keeping development and maintenance lean.
Service · iOS & Android
I build cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android with React Native, from a single TypeScript codebase. As a freelance mobile app developer in İzmir, Turkey, I handle the whole journey myself: product planning, the app, the backend API, store publishing and long-term maintenance.
01Offering
One React Native codebase in TypeScript that runs natively on iOS and Android, keeping development and maintenance lean.
I prepare builds, signing, store listings and review submissions for the App Store and Google Play, and manage releases after launch.
Local storage with MMKV and smart caching with TanStack Query keep the app usable on weak connections and sync data when the network returns.
Per-device push registration with Firebase or OneSignal for confirmations, reminders and campaigns, targeted to the right users.
Camera, QR scanning, maps and location, Sign in with Apple, SMS verification and, where needed, communication with external hardware.
A tested Laravel or NestJS API behind the app, plus OS updates, dependency upgrades, bug fixes and new features after release.

05Why
An app on the home screen and push notifications let you reach customers directly, without depending on ads or social platforms.
Rewards, favourites and order-ahead features turn one-time visitors into regular customers who come back through the app.
Camera, location, QR codes and notifications enable experiences that a website alone cannot offer as smoothly.
With React Native you reach both iOS and Android users with a single product, reducing cost and keeping features in sync.
07Guide
A good mobile app is more than a set of screens. It needs a clear product idea, a reliable backend, careful store publishing and someone who keeps it healthy after launch. With over 15 years of experience and more than 100 delivered projects, I build mobile apps end to end as a senior full-stack architect based in İzmir, Turkey.
I develop apps with React Native in TypeScript, so one codebase runs natively on both iOS and Android. State and data are handled with Redux and TanStack Query, and local storage with MMKV keeps the app fast. This approach lets you reach both platforms without paying for two separate teams, while keeping features and releases in sync.
Typical capabilities I build into apps include:
For the Gönn Community App, I built an order-ahead and loyalty app for a multi-branch coffee chain: guests pre-order to skip the queue, scan a QR code at the till to collect stars and redeem them for rewards, with campaigns configured per branch. The İzmir Mekan Rehberi App shows nearby cafés and restaurants on a map, filters them by distance and category, and books a table with SMS verification and push reminders.
The Extracım App is the mobile client of a staffing marketplace: staff browse nearby listings and apply, businesses send offers and chat, all on the same token-authenticated API as the web platform. In each of these projects the app shares its backend with a web platform and an admin panel, so data, users and business rules stay consistent everywhere.
Many apps are used in places where the connection is weak: in the field, in a warehouse or on the move. I design offline-first apps that store data locally and synchronise when the network returns, so users are never blocked. My background in RFID traceability, IoT and socket programming also means I am comfortable connecting apps to devices and external hardware when your project requires it.
Every project starts with a discovery phase where we define users, core flows and the scope of the first release. I then build the app and its API in short iterations and share test builds so you can try features on your own phone. When it is ready, I prepare the builds, store listings and submissions for the App Store and Google Play.
Launch is not the finish line. Operating systems change every year, store policies evolve and your users will ask for new features. I provide ongoing maintenance, performance improvements and feature development so the app keeps growing with your business.
I work with clients in İzmir, across Türkiye and abroad. If you are planning a mobile app or want to rescue an existing one, I would be happy to discuss it.
