01The Story
A multi-branch coffee chain wanted to shorten queues at busy times and give regulars a reason to keep coming back. Paper stamp cards and one-size-fits-all promotions didn't fit branches with different needs.
I built a mobile app where guests order ahead to skip the queue and scan a QR code at the till to collect stars. Stars can be swapped for free drinks, desserts and event tickets. The team sets up campaigns separately for each branch.
Guests can now pick up their coffee without waiting in line, and the chain can reward loyal customers with offers tailored to each branch.
